My podcast journey began in 2014 with bare-bones "notes to self" on my iPhone, which soon became my first daily podcast, The Morning Cooldown. Just a few months later, best-selling author of The Miracle Morning, Hal Elrod reached out to ask: "do you accept guests?" My immediate thought: "Hell yeah, now I do!" and the rest as they say ... is history.
Combined with my experience as a magazine editor and influencer in the craft publishing space, in 2015, I successfully launched my second podcast: Power Purls, which is now Podcasting with Purpose for Life Coaches. Click here to listen.
